Q: When I start up the computer, some letters function as numbers instead, is there something wrong with my keyboard?

A: No, there is nothing wrong with your keyboard. There is a function called "num lock", that's usually set to "on" by default, since most users have a full size keyboard with separate numpad.
Since this keyboard share the keys for regular letters and numbers, this issue can occur.

There is two different ways to solve this:

1) Press the "num lock" key (Marked on the picture above). This is only a temporary solution, next time you restart your computer, the problem will occur again.

2) When starting up your computer, press delete to enter your Bios and change "numlock" to "off" by default. Please check your motherboard manual for more information.
